Raising Rhythm was founded in January 2013 by postgraduate students at Humber College in the Global Business, and Marketing Management programs, alongside Raising Rhythm's Board of Directors.

The advisors and Board of Directors have been a critical component in the development of Raising Rhythm because of their business expertise, experience working with charitable organizations, and working within the music industry.

Special thanks goes out to the following Board of Directors:

Hugh Samson, Keni Chernoff, Tony Gifford, Bob Adams, and Viji Prakash, for their continued business expertise and support.

Who We Are

Raising Rhythm is a non-profit organization that raises funds for educational programs in visual and performing arts for young people in developing countries.

Music and art are a key component in the development of lifelong skills and learning. Our goal is to facilitate this by promoting creative programs in the developing world.

Ultimately, we aim to support underprivileged children and youth by providing them with the opportunity to learn creatively and pursue their dreams.
